On-the-job training is another critical component of our apprenticeship program.
Apprentices have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced electricians on real commercial and industrial projects, allowing them to gain invaluable practical experience. Whether it’s installing energy-efficient lighting systems or setting up complex electrical distributions, apprentices get a chance to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios. By the end of their four year apprenticeship, trainees graduate as journeyman electricians and are not only proficient in electrical installations but also well-versed in troubleshooting, maintenance, and safety protocols, ensuring they’re fully equipped to meet the demands of modern electrical systems.
